Your Profile, Done Right

Creating an Express Entry profile is the first critical step toward Canadian permanent residence. Accuracy matters — even small errors can lead to delays, refusals, or missed opportunities. At Caneast Immigration, we don’t just fill out forms. We apply a deep understanding of IRPA, IRPR, program delivery instructions (PDIs), and Federal Court case law to ensure your profile is complete, compliant, and strategically positioned in the Express Entry pool.

Express Entry Profile Basics & Eligibility

To enter the pool, you must first qualify under at least one federal program:

  • Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP): requires at least one year of continuous, full-time skilled work experience (NOC TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3), minimum CLB 7 language scores, and an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) if your education is from outside Canada.
  • Canadian Experience Class (CEC): requires at least one year of skilled Canadian work experience within the last three years, with minimum CLB 7 for TEER 0/1 jobs and CLB 5 for TEER 2/3 jobs.
  • Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP): requires two years of skilled trades experience within the last five years, a valid job offer or certificate of qualification, and minimum CLB 5 speaking/listening and CLB 4 reading/writing.

Profile validity: Once submitted, your profile stays in the pool for 12 months and must be updated if your situation changes (e.g., new job, education, marriage, language scores).

Why Choose Caneast Immigration?

Most consultants and agents simply create a profile. We go further:

Legal Precision: Our background in IRPA, IRPR, and Canadian immigration jurisprudence means we know how officers interpret and apply the law — and we build your profile accordingly.
Policy Knowledge: We keep up with the latest Program Delivery Instructions (PDIs), ministerial instructions, and internal policy shifts so your profile reflects the most current standards.
Case Law Insights: We apply lessons from Federal Court decisions where refusals were overturned due to errors in reasoning, ensuring your profile avoids the same pitfalls.
Tailored Strategy: We don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach. Each profile is crafted to reflect your strengths and maximize CRS outcomes, while anticipating officer concerns.

With Caneast Immigration, your profile is not just submitted — it’s positioned for success.
